Allow 1-2 business days for processing before the order ships. All orders ship as "standard" shipping which means 1-2 days in Texas.

STEP 2: 
ORDERS ARE FULLY COOKED & VACUUM-PACKED COLD FOR YOUR FRIDGE. Packs can hold cold for 30 days, or frozen for months.

STEP 3: 
ENJOY WHENEVER, HOWEVER
Bring water to a boil > Turn heat off > Drop pack in > Wait 15 min. > Remove, open and enjoy!

The essentials of any good fajita experience! 

The meal kit includes...

  • 1 half-pound pack of steak (w/ peppers and onions) + 1 half-pound pack of chicken (w/ peppers and onions) *option to substitute for all steak or all chicken*
  • Comal's house-made Red Salsa - 7 oz.
  • Comal's house-made Green Salsa - 7 oz.
  • Tortillas - your choice of Flour Tortillas (12 ct.) (Caramelo's Sonoran-style tortillas made with pork fat or duck fat); or Almond flour tortillas (8 ct.) (Siete brand)


We use whole chicken breast and sirloin flap seasoned with a dry rub (all natural, gluten free, no sugar), smoked and seared over a post oak wood live fire. 

The meat is fully cooked, cooled and vacuum-packed with organic, charred bell peppers (red/orange).
