8 ounces of fully cooked meat, vacuum-packed so you can eat when ready (we recommend freezing if holding longer than 7 days).
Each pack includes 8 oz of cooked meat plus 2-3 oz of charred bell peppers.
Heating is simple! All that is needed to re-heat is one pot, water and heat source. Bring 1 gallon of water to a boil in a large sauce pan or stock pot, once boiling, turn off heat, submerge pack into hot water and let sit for about 10-15 minutes. Remove pack with tongs, cut open and serve.
These chicken fajitas are fantastic. The spices are on point and the level of smoke is great. Peppers are great too.
