All our meat is smoked and seared using post oak wood. Low and slow, then hot and fast, but all with wood fire - no gas.
We only source meat that is responsibly raised and free of added growth hormone and antibiotics. Our choice of cut is based on the best quality, not the most cost effective. Our signature blend dry rub is organic and gluten-free.
