HOW TO PREPARE YOUR FAJITA MEAT

STEP 1:  BRING 1 GALLON OF WATER TO A BOIL IN A LARGE POT

STEP 2:  ONCE WATER IS BOILING, TURN THE HEAT OFF (OR LOW IF DOING MULTIPLE BAGS)

STEP 3:  DROP PACK OF MEAT IN THE HOT WATER, COVER WITH A LID

STEP 4:  HANGOUT FOR LIKE 15 MINUTES (ADD AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES FOR EACH ADDITIONAL BAG) - THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO MAKE A MARGARITA

STEP 5:  REMOVE THE PACK WITH TONGS, CUT OPEN, SQUEEZE LIME OVER MEAT... SERVE!
