Chile forward but not too hot, with refreshing cilantro on the nose.
This poblano sour brings both fruit and char from poblanos that pairs especially well with mezcal and sotol.
Makes 8 to 12 cocktails
To serve (1 drink):
1.5 to 2oz mix according to taste
Shake and strain or blend with 45g ice in a blender. Pour over fresh ice or up in a coupe.
Pour one bottle of mix and 16oz to 25oz of spirit (according to taste) into a pitcher, punch bowl, or growler. Add cold water in equal measure to the spirits and chill well. Stir before serving.
