Includes: 1 lb. of meat with bell peppers and onions (2 half pound packs), 4 oz. of red salsa, 4 oz. of green salsa, 12 flour tortillas or 8 almond flour tortillas (Siete), one 16 oz. margarita mixer.
We use whole chicken breast and sirloin flap seasoned with a dry rub (all natural, gluten free, no sugar), smoked and seared over a post oak wood live fire.
The meat is fully cooked, cooled and vacuum-packed with charred bell peppers and onions.

Took me awhile to pull the trigger and place an order, but boy am I glad I did. We had a few people over and wanted to do some unique food options. The chicken, steak & salsas were packed with flavor. Very smokey. Definitely would order from them again.

The Fajita meal kit is PERFECT for a camping trip! We recently took a trip to Caddo Lake State Park in our RV and this was our favorite meal of the trip. In part because of how easy it is to prepare! Simply boil a pot of water and you have delicious homemade fajitas! We prepared ours outside using our Coleman camp stove. I love that Comal partners with other Texas brands, like the El Milagro tortillas included in this kit.

We sent four of these kits as gifts over the holidays and they were very well received! Love that there was a gluten-free option. We haven't had the kits ourselves but our recipients were very excited, and we've had the fajitas before and they were fantastic so I'm sure they are delicious.
